The programs of Back-end Web Development
When it comes to web development, there are two things a programmer has to carefully layout: the Front-end web development and the back-end web development. In a nutshell, the responsibility of the Front-end web development is to take care of the website's effects and appearance which is already a big task in itself. However, it's the back-end web development that takes care of the data behind it which has an equally bigger role. Back-end web development is composed of languages and programs that keep a website up and running. Here are those three languages that are needed in order to keep the website working.
PHP, which initially stood for Personal Home page, is a scripting language used for both programming and web design alike. To date, there are over a million websites that employ the use of PHP on their websites and what PHP actually does is that it is executed by means of a PHP interpreter and it returns the needed data to the client as a portion of the website or program. PHP codes work well with HTML as well as web frameworks and template engines which make the use of PHP even more favored by programmers and Brisbane website design. Nowadays, PHP now stands for Hypertext preprocessor.
A relational database management system, MySQL, is an open source language which is used for the communication of the server. Some actions that MySQL can cover includes saving changes, process and request for data just to name a few and is the reason why it is mostly employed as web servers for search engines, blog and social media websites as an example. The SQL of MySQL is an acronym for Structured Query Language and it also plays a major role in a separate open source application software called Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, otherwise known as LAMP.
When the XML is mentioned, the first thing that would probably come to mind is its relation with HTML. XML is indeed related in a way to HTML as it is also a markup language. However, XML or Extensive Markup Language, has other concentrations. XML is focused on describing data and carrying information for the programmer to take note of while its cousin the HTML will display what the information is being written. The descriptive tags however are not displayed on the screen as they are only present to make sure that the programmer or web designer is informed of the necessary information that they need to know.
