Exercising Safely

Dress comfortably to suit the weather. In summers wear a light cotton track suit and in winters wear woollens to keep you warm. Falling sick after exercise can be a big downer and may put you off for life! Wear shoes which are comfortable and do not bite. Change your regularly, at least every 6 months.
